We've been Busy!

sitting in the bumbo looking stinkn' cute

Ezra is always ready to be the big brother and help... although lately Maya has taken to pulling on Ezra's lovely curly hair and he isn't so fond of that!

I just love these pj's that she is quickly outgrowing... loves to sleep with arms up in the airs

We have a preference to laying on our side, just far enough as to not tip over

Ezra has discovered how cool it is to wear bandaids for his many 'owies' some are in more need of a bandaid then others.

Forget the toys... go to the dollar store and buy a folding hamper. It is HOURS of fun people, literally.

The Sadler household wakes up early... here is the clan at 5am watching Backyardigans... well some of us are watching, others are catching a bit more shut eye. I just love the belly shot.

And we are now sitting up all on our own!

Summertime artwork when Aunt Gillian was here to visit... it was fun and Daddy got a cute Father's Day painting!

I love to get dirty (next shot was of him eating the paint which is flour and salt so yummy!)

This jumping thing is awesome! (this tends to be an activity best done without big brother as it becomes more of a swinging/spinning activity when he is around)

#1 motivation to crawl... big brothers that show you how its done!

Water fun with Aunty Gillian

This girl knows how to smile!

Hanging out with my BFF

Gotta love the rolls...

As you can see the kids are doing great, keeping busy and loving life! June was a great month- lots of firsts for Maya- first solids, rolling over, sitting up... somehow it seems as though she has gone from this fragile little newborn to an infant in the blink of an eye. She had her six month appt and weighs at whopping 17.5 lbs, way to go Maya! Her breathing continues to be a challenge, but we have seen the specialist and we have a puffer regime when her congestion hits and otherwise we continue to monitor.

Ezra is of course doing fabulous as well, new words are coming along weekly and boy does this kid have alot to say! He is singing his ABC's now, counting up to ten, and just yesterday when we were at the splash pad he was explaining to some of the kids that they shouldn't run past mommy because she doesn't want to get wet... they didn't really understand, but I did and I appreciated that he was looking out for his mamma!

Have a great summer, we are spending as much time outdoors, enjoying the heat (not really the humidity but hey it is Ontario). We now have a trampoline and a swing set in the backyard... boy has the look of the yard changed in the past two years! We are booked and ready to head to Manitoba for the month of August and enjoy some of the Manitoba summer as well. Pictures will come along periodically!

Leah, Phil, Ezra, and Maya
